The I/O brush is a virtual brush that allows you to work with new types of 'ink'. The system contains a small camera in the center of the brush that films a surface that can then be used to paint new instances of the filmed surface pattern. Both still images as well as moving sequences can then be used in a painting. The developers of the system have argued that this can lead to more creativity of children in kindergarten.
