A knock detection device which you place on top of your door lock and when given the right knocking combination it opens the door. New knocking combinations can be recorded with a maximum length of 20 knocks.

Can be useful when you don't have access to your key or if a friend need to enter your home and you are not there. Maybe not the safest lock installation as the knock combination easily can be overheard.
